BRIF:

Develop a creative idea for a video in order to adapt the global Unhackable campaign.

IDEA:

Modern cyberattacks are not directed at gadgets themselves, but at their owners — their personal information, accounts and documents. We decided to remind people that, by defending their computer using Kasperky Lab products, they in fact defend themselves, first and foremost.

We didn't want our story to be too on-the-nose, by depicting scary evil hackers or any sort of physical threats. That's why we steered our script towards the psychological thriller genre, where the audience is encouraged to fill up the blanks in the plot themselves.


Results:

  • most viewed video on the brand's YouTube channel

  • over 7 880 000 views total

  • 83% viewer retention rate
